Speedy Flux AQF-10 has very low level of volatile compound with ultra low solid content in its formulation. Since it is water based formulation, it contributes to the well being of an operator and is environmentally friendly product. It has excellent soldering performance and also provides high electric reliability after the soldering. It can be used as non-cleaning flux.
